On this week’s episode, Carrie is sharing an incredible experience we had with our recent scholarship offering. Initially, we planned to award one full scholarship, but we were so moved by the stories we received and so overwhelmed by the hundreds of applications that we decided to give away 25 partial scholarships, totaling over $60,000. This experience was not only joyful but also enlightening, as it revealed five key insights about the challenges many women face regarding their health and wellness.

  1. Decades of Struggle: Many women have been grappling with their relationship with food and their bodies for over 40 years. How long have you been dieting?
  2. Self-Investment: A common belief is that investing in oneself is selfish. Are you taking care of yourself first?
  3. Weight as a Goal: Many women equate their self-worth and success with a specific weight. Are you doing this?
  4. Health vs. Weight: Often, health is secondary to the desire to lose weight. Do you want to achieve overall health or lose weight?
  5. Fear as a Barrier: Fear can hold us back from making the changes we desire. What are you afraid of?
