Hello my Smilies, so many of you loved my latest ritual soundtrack from the Make it More Than A Dream manifestation challenge, which you can find here. But it had me thinking, I want to create something super quick and accessible so my community can keep feeling the magic. I want you to continue to dream big, to feel the excitement and create your dream life! We all have the power to manifest our dreams into our reality, but sometimes we forget just how powerful we really are.

This 5 minute meditation can be done over and over and at any time of the day or night. And yes … YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES! Honour yourself enough by putting 5 minutes aside to do this mediation once a day for a week, and watch how you feel. MAGNETIC! This is when manifestation becomes so exciting. This is when you begin to manifest the people, circumstances, opportunities, money ~ whatever it is that you want, SO easily. Without even trying. Yep, we can do less and attract more.
