I am just BEAMING with good energy writing the description for this episode. This episode is PACKED with feel good stories and magical tips to help you manifest your desires. This is another episode where I chat honestly with my community about my struggles to manifest and how I turned that around. And boy did I turn it around! To a point where I ‘accidentally’ manifested TOO many exciting things into my life that I actually got completely overwhelmed. (In the best way.)

Another podcast to make you SMILE. Piggy backing off my last two episodes, ‘creating positive flow’ and ‘creating space for opportunities,’ this episode goes into the energy behind determination and focus. When I realised I had no choice but to make Pass Around the Smile as a business work, I moved forward at a pace and with a force of determination I never had before. What followed blew my mind. Doors opened, I had the most exciting phone calls and emails come through, momentum began to build in all areas of my life and it felt SO EXCITING!
In an earlier episode, I explained how self worth was the foundation to living a happy life. Because to live a happy life is to be loved and loved in return, it is to be respected, and it is to feel worthy of your desires … with no self worth, none of this is possible. In a business sense, I decided to back myself, low self worth just wasn’t an option anymore because I knew that would leave me where I was. So I started making the phone calls, sending the emails - completely backing myself with determination and confidence. The key was, that determination was backed with passion.
I end this episode with some positive mantras that will have you feeling inspired, excited, fresh and open minded!

An exciting episode which I hope will have you feeling open to the abundance of opportunities available to you! Our manifestations can often be blocked for a very simple reason … lately I had noticed that I wasn’t making enough room or creating enough space for my manifestations to materialise. And it really was as simple as that! In this episode, not only do I chat about ways to create more space energetically and physically, but I also chat about EASY and EFFORTLESS ways you can bring your desires into fruition. We don’t have to push, grind and hustle to achieve our desires. We can do less and attract more, as long as we are taking inspired action.
As always, I’m excited to share this episode because it is packed with magical inspiration which will help you along your spiritual and self development journey. I hope this episode can bring the u-huh moment you’ve been waiting for! Often when we are feeling blocked or stuck, our minds can perceive it is going to take a long time and a lot of hard work to move forward - I hope this episode can remind you that that is not necessarily true. I share a few of my own stories which show I was blocking opportunities for 2 reasons; one being that I was too laser focused on only one opportunity being right for me, and the second being that I had not created space mentally and physically for this opportunity to come in. I also discuss how powerful looking at rejection as redirection is and how a quick change in your mindset can have a big ripple effect on the good opportunities that are coming for you.

This episode is a little bit of a magical mess! My intention was to create your go-to episode for when you’re needing a bit of a positive pick me up! I chat about creating positive flow, balance and fulfilment - and chat about how as humans, we are quick to allow a downward spiral, but what about allowing a positive spiral? It’s just as easy, if not easier! And I think we all know what we would rather.
We discuss manifestation and how the law of attraction can work to our advantage, or disadvantage, depending on what energy we are putting out. Something I have found blocks my manifestations from materialising, is when I’m working toward something that I don’t actually want. It sounds strange, but so many of us do it! Often we can be trying to manifest a goal that we set years ago, but maybe now it doesn’t align anymore … or we can be trying to manifest something because society says we should have it by this time, or other people deem it as cool, fun or successful. Checking in with yourself and what you want is one of the first steps to create positive flow!
We also chat about disappointment and pressure and how we can alleviate both of those feelings! I hope you enjoy the episode.

Hello! Today’s episode was inspired by a few little happenings in my life recently, where I have found myself trying to explain/justify/please others - before myself, in the hope that others understand my reasoning behind why I do what I do in certain situations. What I’ve learnt recently, is that as humans, we waste SO much time and precious energy trying to prove ourselves to others - in the hope that others will perceive us as right, kind, successful etc.
Not only are we wasting energy in these moments, we are not honouring who we are. We aren’t feeling worthy of our decisions, and we are giving power away to others in the hope to get approval or validation. In turn, the energy we adapt during these times is the energy we get back, because what we project is a reflection of what we are feeling inside. This is why you can be working so hard on manifesting a certain thing, person, experience or outcome - and find yourself meeting block after block.
I open up about a few personal experiences where I have felt the exhausting need to prove myself where it really wasn’t necessary. I found I was manifesting more negativity into my life by constantly talking about how ‘tired I was’ and how I was ‘struggling to keep up.’ My intention was to prove to others why I was a different version of myself and share my excuses as to why I was late with replies, or cancelling catch ups for validation. However what I was really doing was manifesting more of that negativity into my life, by constantly talking about it. If I felt worthy in those moments, I wouldn’t have felt the need to justify and prove myself to others in the first place!

Self worth is the foundation to building a happy life. Because to live a happy life is to love, and be loved in return - it’s to be respected and feel worthy of what you desire. If you have low self worth, then none of that is possible.
If you are wanting to manifest love, respect, success, healthy and happy relationships - your level of self worth will determine whether or not you can successfully manifest these good things into your life.
The small decisions we make in our everyday lives can have a far bigger impact than we think. It’s easy to fawn, people please, or not ask for what we want because we don’t want to make a fuss, or we fear embarrassment or judgement - but it's these small moments that make up our overall energy, and it's our energy that attracts the people, circumstances and things we want.
