  • Thank You & Apologies!.:))

My decision to start a podcast, despite not being ready and carrying on despite its imperfections, opened up a word of possibilities. It taught me that the pursuit of passion should not be hindered by the fear of imperfection. Instead, it should be fueled by the courage to try, to learn, and to grow. And by embarrassing this lesson, I not only found my voice but also inspiring others I hope to embrace their imperfections and start their own journey of self-expression and fulfillment.Ā

Good weather can affect our mood and overall outlook on life. Serotonin, also known as the "happy hormone", a physiological response in our bodies that contributes to our positivity.Ā

    1. Decluttering and organising our living spaces can work wonders for our mental clarity and peace of mind.Ā

    2. Ā Adding elements of nature to our home environment can also have a profound impact in our positive outlook on life.Ā

    3. Ā Cultivating positive relationships within our home can also contribute to a positive and uplifting home atmosphere.

  • Changing Negative Patterns

Our thoughts have a profound impact on how we perceive and navigate the world.Ā

Experiences, especially traumatic ones, can leave deep emotional imprints that influence our behaviour and decision-making. This mindset holds us back fromĀ  going deeper and reaching our full health potential.Ā

If we consistently dwell on negative thoughts this cycle can become a pattern that restricts vibrant health.

Emotional baggage can prevent us from building healthy relationships, or making choices aligned with our values and most importantly compromise our health. This is why I feel that dancing our emotions daily is a must!

Our senses provide us with raw sensory data, but it is our mind that organises and interprets this information, giving it meaning and structure.Ā

    • We spoke about changing negative patterns - Rooted in the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs
    • Discussed the power of the mind in shaping our experiences.

NEXT TIME WE’LL Thoughts, feelings, and beliefs create a filter through which we perceive and interpret the world. Tomorrow holistic experts interview series starts with Dr Peter Jeffs don't miss it.
