Today on the podcast is Lyssandra Guerra. Lyssandra is a certified holistic nutritionist and women’s health coach, and founder of of her practice Native Palms Nutrition. Lyssandra is also an herbalism apprentice in the School of the Sacred Wild, which is how we met! Lyssandra specializes in digestion, cycle syncing + Menstrual health, gentle detoxification, blood sugar levels, increased energy levels, and plant-based cooking for healing and pleasure. 

Today we talk about her path to becoming a Holistic Nutritionist, the brain/gut connection, digestion issues and gut health, menstrual health, her work with clients, learning to listen to our bodies and build relationships with ourselves, pleasure and food, kitchen essentials, and tons of golden nuggets of advice of where to align more deeply with nourishing your body.
