Okay, confession time: I used to be obsessed with food. And I don't mean the "Oh, I love a good burger" kind of way. I mean, 24/7, round-the-clock, dreaming-of-doughnuts kind of obsessed. đŸ©đŸ’­


You know those dreams where you're flying or being chased? Mine were about feasting on a mountain of spaghetti or discovering a hidden room in my house filled with chocolate. (I know, right? If only that room was real!) Every thought, every dream, every moment was food-centric. It was like my brain was on an all-you-can-eat buffet, and it just couldn't get enough.


But here's the twist: this food fixation was the biggest red flag that I had a terrible relationship with food. It took over my life, leading me down a path of binge-eating episodes that felt impossible to escape. Food wasn't just fuel or even just fun—it was an all-consuming force.
