Disability rights – particularly those spelled out in 504 plans – are being questioned right now, in a way we haven't seen since the federal Americans with Disabilities Act was signed into law in 1990. There's a lot of uncertainty, but there are some things you can do to protect your children. We're going to talk about 504 plans – we'll go over the basic, talk about the lawsuits, the dept of education situation, and much more.
