On this episode I speak with Moona Mohammed, owner and founder of The Perfect Dress Atlanta. Remembering the feeling of frustration in not having the conveniences of a dress shop in her own community, In February of 2019 Moona set a 30 day goal to open a dress shop for women in Southwest Atlanta, at the age of just 23. Though she did not meet her 30 days goal, she did have her dress shop opened in just 49 days prior to prom season 2019 and making over $20K her 1st month without any marketing. Moona walks us through her start, the drama of Covid in 2020 and where she is headed in 2021.
