Maybe you enjoy a good television show to keep you company while you declutter, but you’re not sure how to strategically choose a show that will allow you to stay on task. In part one of this two-part series, Kathi and Mary share their criteria for shows that you should avoid watching while you declutter including:

• Shows with complicated plotlines
• Subtitles
