We spoke to Boz back in March in show 514 just after she had qualified for The Games. That seems so far back now as in just a few days time she will take the competition floor at the top of her sport, quite an achievement in itself.In this show we catch up with Boz to hear all about her preparation for the games that she has gone through over the last 3 months, how she has changed her life, her schedule and in turn her mindset.
