Ashley works alongside her dad Dale as the Daughter and Dad duo behind the abundance group. They’re a coaching company that helps creative entrepreneurs build their teams. Ashley owns one of the largest wedding planning companies in the group (Simply Elegant), which currently has generated over 3.5 million dollars in sales and a team of over 40 planners. Amazing right?!In other words - this girl knows what she’s talking about.

I’ve invited Ashley on the show to talk about building a team today because if I had to guess, it’s something that you might not have thought about. I know a lot of us are solopreneurs in the wedding industry - myself included! So I wanted to bring a different perspective to the podcast today, because I LOVE learning from brilliant minds like Ashley and I’ve told her about us. She knows that a lot of our community are mighty teams of one and bringing on a team can be a little nerve wrecking.
