This week I'm talking with Jenn Collins, founder of Acu Hub Virtual Receptionist services for acupuncturists.

If you're not familiar, having a virtual receptionist means that phone calls to your office are forwarded to your virtual receptionist in their home office. They have access to your cloud-based online schedule so they can set up or reschedule appointments, answer questions about your office, etc.

In this episode we talk about my experience with Acu Hub. I've known Jenn a long time but I just recently started using the service.
