Ricci gives us his run down on why you should register for this event, the format of the 2020 seasons, what to expect, how to manage yourself and what to do over the next few weeks to get ready.

The 2020 Open season starts on October 10th and we will be hosting the workouts at InnerFight every Saturday morning. There are once again 5 workouts in the open and this is the qualifying stage for the 2020 CrossFit games. We love the fact that this year CrossFit have brought back the affiliate leader board so we can see different gyms measure up against each other locally and globally.
