3,2,1... HAPPY NEW YEAR! New Year, new you - right? (or not). The girls hop on the mic to share their honest opinions about New Years Resolutions. Are resolutions overrated and damaging? What are their New Years goals? Will Syd continue to share candid poop stories in 2022? Is Soph going to participate in a DRY January? Syd and Soph also offer some tips (as always) on how to make, and actually keep, a New Years goal.

Lastly, Syd and Soph chat about what they are leaving 2021 - including ignoring red flags, comparison, bad eating habits, bacterial vaginosis, and binge drinking. A friendly reminder - NYE is one day a year, you will wake up as the same person that you were the day before, so start those small steps toward being a better version of yourself, but you are amazing as you already are!
