This week’s guest is a legend in both BJJ and MMA. He fought in the first BJJ vs Lute Livra challenge, went on to win the UFC Middleweight title, fought in Pride FC, and co-founded one of the greatest MMA teams in history.

On this episode, Murilo Bustamante shares his incredible BJJ and MMA journey. One that started under Master Carlson Gracie, and has taken him around the world as a fighter and coach. Murilo also shares his Jiu Jitsu philosophy, how he prepared and stayed focused for fights, and the importance of mastering the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu.
