I am pretty sure most of us have heard of the 80/20 rule at some stage of our life. I remember when I was in Adidas and as a sales dude we always said 80% of our business came from 20% of our customers but it also felt like we spent 80% of our time chasing that last 20%.

What on earth has this got to do with health and fitness you may ask? Well, I came across an article on Mens Health recently which was promoting the 80/20 rule as a "safe approach to fat loss” and that “its not a diet, that is why it works”
