Amanda Brooks is the owner/founder/head coach of Run to the Finish - one of the OG running blogs in the running world. She and I sat down to discuss running as an aging athlete.

Let's be honest, this episode applies to everyone. We're all aging all the time. Even if you don't yet qualify as a "masters" runner or "elderly," we would all do well to prepare a little bit for when our bodies don't quite behave how they used to. 

We talk about how to adapt your training as you age so you can still perform your best without hurting yourself in the process.
