Ross Ward recently finished his first 50k race at the Miner 49er in Iowa!

I've been coaching Ross for a few months and watching his journey of improvement has been a pleasure. It's been my honor to coach him and I'm really glad he agreed to chat with me on the podcast to discuss what he learned about training and nutrition in preparation for his first 50k race.
