Recently I've been experiencing a big life event that's blowing my mind and it is a direct result of the power of intention and goal setting, and so I hope this episode motivates you, kicks you into high gear, and inspires you to go for your dreams!

If you've been listening for a while or follow me on Instagram, you know that I'm a small-town girl at heart, who currently lives in the concrete jungle, Toronto, Canada. I grew up going to summer camps and lakeside cottages and absolutely LOVE the country. One of my big dreams is to have my own piece of land in the country. 

Through the episode, I talk about the goal-setting exercises I've done over the years from various courses I took, books I read, and podcasts I listened to. (Fun fact: In every course I teach, I make module one or the welcome section, a visualization and goal setting exercise, because I believe this is vital in turning dreams into goals).

I go into detail about my time as a student then actress-waitress in Vancouver and how I've done multiple vision boards through the years as my dreams and goals changed. Further, into the episode, I go into what I do every morning and every day to see myself one step closer to my goals.

I fully believe that if there's something in your life that you want to achieve, you CAN do it! What you put out there is what you attract, and if you put out the intention of your goals, the world will open up for you!
