George has worked in UK commercial real estate for 17 years, starting his career at Knight Frank Investment Management and then becoming an Investment Director of FORE Partnership. George Co-Founded Kinrise in 2015, with a focus on reimagining and restoring iconic buildings to their former glory.

​I recorded this conversation with George ​back in October 2022, and wanted to reshare given the fact that Kinrise​ have recently launched their latest fund, targeting investments in the repositioning of iconic commercial real estate across UK cities.

Kinrise have already secured the backing of family offices and are now calling new investors to partner with them in creating one the UK's most exciting portfolios of iconic buildings.
