Every person experiences seasons where they are running on empty. It's important (whether you are in that season, or before you get there) to ask yourself some important questions to help you navigate. 

The process of what brings life can be different for each person, but we know that no matter what, Jesus will bring you life. He is ready to carry your burdens.

We also know that having someone to share those burdens with (both physically and verbally) matters. 

Learn to create space...both for what drains you, and sustains you. 

Matthew 11:28-30Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”
