As we are moving through higher planes of consciousness, one of the most important things is how we deal with the trauma and abuse we’ve experienced in the past and how that impacts our present and our future. Nurturing, bringing ourselves out of trauma, and visualizing a new way to be.
Michael Anthony, also known as Michael Unbroken, is the founder of Think Unbroken, a lifestyle mentorship coaching program built around helping people who have suffered trauma take their lives back. He’s helped empower over one hundred thousand survivors.
After surviving his own traumatic upbringing only to end up homeless out of high school, he asked himself: What is the solution to poverty or homelessness? His first thought was money, but even after turning his life around and landing a six-figure job at 21, his life was still a disaster. After hitting rock bottom, he realized that he had to stop playing the victim in his life and turn things around. We discuss how you can stop playing the victim in your own life, take the fear out of failure and iterate your way to success, and ultimately become the hero of your own life.
