Lindsay Sproat is a survivor of a catastrophic motor vehicle accident and she's sharing her journey and her recovery. We dive into the challenges she faced in rehabilitation both physical and mental. She shares some tips on how herself and her family were able to stay positive and how that was something that likely helped her heal as well as she has. We talk about pain management with CBD oil and the stigma she used to have around it.
