Think about 30 years ago (if you were around) and what was a "fitness coach" back then? What was their role for you as a gym goer and also what was their role in society. Then fast forward to today, are your expectations the same? Do they deliver the same. Interesting huh?
Well thats what I talk all about in todays show. From mum teaching aerobics on a squash court to various parts of my job and the industry as it is these days and the huge impact the last 12 months has had on it.
