They noted the difference between the speed of recruitment when working with an agency compared to when working internally.

Amanda shares their own experience of becoming a seven figure biller in three years. She describes the process as hard work and long hours, including planning, hunting for deals, and making lots of calls. They also emphasize the importance of taking the initiative, such as being the first one in the office and the last one out.
