What happened in my real estate investing business this past year?

Well, we made some BIG changes, for one…

So today I’m bringing my business partner Adam Whitney onto the 7 Figure Flipping Podcast to share what went down in 2021 plus our goals for 2022!

It’s been a while since I’ve shared a full update on my wholesaling and house flipping company Blackjack Real Estate.

(Gross profit, how many deals we’re planning to do next year, and so on…)

Adam and I get into some REALLY specific numbers in this episode.

Including the one number you need to keep your eye on more than ANY other as you’re growing your business.

(This is a BIG takeaway.)

But that’s not all…

In this episode Adam shares a great story about how he went from being an unmotivated student who wasn’t really “showing up” the way he should have been in school…

The switch happened when he found himself surrounded by a new group of people.

I’ve seen a lot of real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners crash and burn after a few years of HUGE success.

Not because of bad business decisions…

…but because of problems in their personal lives that they never saw coming until it was too late.

No one is immune to this.

It almost happened to me not long ago.

As entrepreneurs, sometimes we’re guilty of pushing “life stuff” to the side and pouring 110% of our effort and focus into growing our businesses, doing more deals, making more money…

We start postponing date nights…
