I'm doing something a little different in this episode. I'm sharing a replay of a workshop I lead in our Inner Circle membership group last week called 7 Things You Can Do To Support Your Tween or Teen's Mental and Emotional Health (and your own!).
So many of you have reached out to me and shared how your kids are struggling right now. Many of our kids are stressed, anxious, depressed and they aren't talking about it and if they are it's hard to know what to say when you just want to help them to feel better.
