Seattle Seahawks NFL Legend K.J. Wright joins Adam Ray in the About Last Night podcast. K.J and Adam talk about the NFL Draft, life in the media and what it was like to win a Super Bowl. K.J. was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft and spent the majority of his career with the Seahawks, becoming a key component of one of the best defenses in NFL history.

During his tenure with the Seahawks, Wright was a key part of the "Legion of Boom" defense, he played in two Super Bowls with the Seahawks, winning Super Bowl XLVIII in 2013. Wright was recognized for his exceptional play with numerous accolades, including being named to the Pro Football Focus All-Pro Second Team in 2016 and 2017.
