6:10 - Does eating raw veggies provide any benefits over eating cooked?
15:20 - Best thing to do when you are in a rut (Business wise/health/ life)
24:45 - I’m 27, 5ft2in, and I’ve worked out consistently for about 10 years. During the last few years, I’ve slowly gained 5 pounds and I am 125 today. I have a relatively large amount of muscle for a female and overall I’m happy with my performance in the gym. But I’d feel more confident leaning out a bit. However, I don’t want to cut just to eventually gain it back. Knowing my body has a natural weight set point, is it possible to lower that set point? For example, if the set point is 125lb right now, could it ever become 120, so 120 is maintainable without biofeedback issues?
