On June 12th Troy Jones completed his 3,931 kilometer foot crossing of Australia as he arrived in Sydney having set off from Perth 74 days earlier. A trip packed with highs and lows from not having access to basic supplies to wanting to break his ankle so he could stop.

All for a great cause as Troy told us back in show 685 he was running to raise funds and awareness for the Mindful charity helping develop education for mental health. In this show he shares the experience with us, the number of pairs of shoes he went through, his experience around eating raw pasta and his amazing girlfriend who supported him during his two month run.
