Interview Hilary Decesare

In this episode, I had the pleasure of chatting with Neuro-certified coach Hilary Decesare, and we talked about some of my favourite topics, mindset, perception, and foundation building.

Hilary DeCesare is an award-winning entrepreneur, Transformational-Neuro Certified Coach, CEO of The ReLaunch Co., featured speaker in Silicon Valley and conferences nationwide, as well as a relentless philanthropist as seen on the hit ABC show Secret Millionaire. She's made it her commitment to help women fire up possibilities mid-life, taking a time most try to bypass and instead turn it into a time to focus on inspiring business ventures, have clarity in relationships, and instil how YOU are ultimately the creator of your purpose aligned lifestyle and the life you live. Having faced several setbacks herself, she has a unique foundational process in The ReLaunch Effect and The Model 3H, which provides the step by step to go from stuck on autopilot to transform when you combine the Heart, the Head and the Higher Self this is the magic that creates a powerhouse of possibility in every area of your life.

Throughout the episode, Hilary and I chat about the idea of mindset and foundations in regards to your business. We also talked a lot about the feeling of being stuck, especially as a creative entrepreneur. It's incredibly important to have an end goal or the right intention behind everything you do, or else you end up spinning your wheels and never making it past the milestones you've previously reached - be it project size, company size, financially, or even creatively.

Hilary further explains how you are in total control of how you perceive your situation and your goals., and how encouraging and empowering it is to know that just changing your perspective, can make you jump leaps and bounds toward new milestones.
