"Fail, fail forward, it's good to fail." Are all comments we seem to hear often these days. What is this doing to us? In essence we are trying to encourage people to try things and not be overly worried about the outcomes. It's a fine line though isn't it. How do we instill the care and the drive for success if the narrative is pro failure. Tough one!
