A few hours later, youâve showered, gone through your skincare routine and dressed.

Everyone spends the day laughing and relaxing with drinksđĽ, goodies, gifts and music.
That evening, you cozy up in bed at your normal time, relaxed and happy and dreaming of doing it all again next year.đ´

The key to doing this: Visualization.đ
Itâs a simple concept, but one that many people struggle with.
So if thatâs you, no worries! Practice makes perfect.đ
Simply start by picturing one event, day or period of time.
Picture in your mind how you want it to look, how you want to feelđ¤ and what you want to accomplish.
Then, you simply reverse engineer it.
Make a list - either mentally or on actual paper - of all the things you need to check offâ in order to have that vision become reality.
In our example, for instance, I may decide I need to:
Making and sticking to these checklist items helps set you up for success on your big day.
But just remember that it may not always work out perfectly.đ¤ˇââď¸
But even when life throws a curveball, you can always just plan to go with the flow.đ
