Trena is using her crown to shed awareness on rare diseases, which she suffers with herself.  Being mis-diagnosed for years and years,  it is now her wish that in sharing her story, it will help others to find solutions to their medical mysteries and be properly diagnosed.  

Trena now gives back by giving through her non-profit group, that provides wishes for individuals with rare diseases.
