(0:50) - When in a deficit - how much can you reduce the weight you lift compared to when you are in a surplus? Is it worth it to lift super heavy since it is hard to gain muscle when in a deficit?

(8:30) -  First of all I just want to say I love the podcast and thank you for creating a space where people can find reliable information in a fun way. I am trying to build muscle and looking for the best approach with my current situation. I used to train at a gym 5 days a week and that will no longer be an option for me. I will be at an army base for the next 6-7 months on a strict schedule that does not involve any physical activity during my work day. I have a small window of free time to hit the gym about once or twice a week. The other days I have a track available to me and that’s about it. On top of that I am required to eat at the army dining facility which is less than ideal. Do you have any tips on how to build muscle while in this environment or would maintenance be better? At this point I am just trying to stay healthy while here and not decline. Thank you in advance!

(17:00) - What are the best amount of reps for warm up sets? should vary based of exercise (compound, accessory, etc). I thought warm up sets should be the same amt of reps as working but just listened to another podcast stating warm ups more 4-8 reps depending.

(23:45) - Is it possible to teach someone to be a ‘good client,’ or are some people just born as ‘good clients’?

(29:55) - I’m currently doing the 3 day bulletproof bodybuilding 3 day split with the upper body specialization added on. I’m transiting from a bulk to a cut. Do you think my training should change since my calories are also changing?
