• Grace shares a drama from her week about how ADHD meds have led to appetite suppression/meal skipping, and how a perfect storm last Friday ended up with a little trip to the hospital. 🫠🏥 (A reminder for this segment, that we're not doctors and seek professional help if you need.)

• Divergent dilemma - Grace asks Tara for help with the executive functioning of feeding herself, because it is a STRUGG-LE. 😩 We discuss the ADHD tendency towards a dopamine-seeking relationship with food, how to deal with appetite suppression and how to change our inner-narratives that packaged food isn't nutritious and that we have to eat 'CLEAN' wholefoods all the time.
