Whether it's drinking more water, going to bed earlier, or softening the thoughts in your head, change is something that many of us want but don't know how to get long lasting.
I recently attended a talk with Alex Cornwell founder of Revolution Fitness and it reminded me about something that had slipped to the back of my mind.
The best motivational coach in existence is the one in your own head. People spend thousands of pounds hiring coaches in the hope that someone else will make them change.
But it often doesn't work like that. Of course it can help facilitate & inspire change within you, but ultimately it's what you say to yourself that's going to make a big difference in the moment you are about to revert back to the old behaviour.
In today's episode we discuss some powerful ways to make old habits die easy including:
➡️ Making decisions
➡️ Slow sustainable change
➡️ Embracing discomfort
➡️ Small changes = big wins
➡️ The Four Tendencies (by Gretchen Rubin)
So if you're ready for some practical tips and strategies to help you change your life from the inside out, then this episode is your you
