As a mom and a photography business owner, I love when I can slip into auto-pilot. It’s the mode that gets me through MANY hours when there is so much coming at me that it wouldn’t be humanly possible to get everything done without it. But here’s what I know happens when I spend too many of my days in auto-pilot in my business. It keeps me stuck, with little to no growth. So I’m going to share the shortcut I take a few times a year, when I notice my business is stalling.
