Is it just me or does "service" get tangled up with some "woe is me" mentalities like it's a bad thing we do it?

I get it. We, as moms and wives and sisters and daughters and neighbors and community leaders and employees and owners do A LOT. The idea of adding more to that would rightfully make us a little dizzy.

I also see how much fulfillment service brings. I know the lightness that comes when you move through your day with seamless service rather than a competitive "tit for tat" tally score of who is doing more.

You can do a whole lot AND feel free when your mind has a better focus that "of course I have to" and "it shouldn't be me."

Seamless service is our nature, especially as women. It's time to come back to the warmth movement that comes when we lead with service and allow gratitude to fill our hearts and mind.
