I don't eat five burgers a week (although that sounds dreamy), but I enjoy animal protein daily. Three things are of utmost importance to me:

WHY did you start that business, or WHY do you feel that way about a topic?

His WHY made me a bit emotional. His wife was ill, and they were trying to find grass-fed beef for the recommended anti-inflammatory diet. They couldn't do it, so they bought half a cow! They couldn't eat it all, so they sold the meat to friends, and ButcherBox was born.

Mike is a visionary who genuinely wants to make high-quality protein available to everyone, no matter their budget.
