Rachael is joined this week by professional cartoonist Molly Hahn (Mollycules). Molly talks to Rachael about how she found running in her teens after surviving a rare blood disorder that left her hospitalised and unsure of her future. Determined to never take life for granted, Molly is a fantastic advocate for mental wellbeing and doing what makes you happy. We all know how hard it is to find time in our busy lives to unwind and relax. Even setting aside 10 minutes of your day to do something you love or that reconnects you to your surroundings is important for our mental health. What started out as a daily practice for Molly drawing cartoons with short, positive and reassuring messages to herself, has led to an ever-growing community who remember to appreciate the little things in life.
