7:00 - How do you deal with clients who spend all of their carb macros on bread and rice and sweets rather than veggies and fruits? Some clients will take the IIFYM to the limits!
15:55 - Can you talk about the mindset around eating? For example, these are a couple of thoughts that come up when it comes to eating: I lost a little bit of weight so I can eat more. One bite of this won’t hurt me, but then it adds up over time.
28:25 - I seem to have psychological barriers to lifting heavy on squats. I can rep it out at lower weights but for some reason I am terrified to go heavier. Any tips for building up confidence to lifting heavier? Any squat variations to start off with (e.g. isometric holds, pause squats, pin squats)?
