On this episode of the Road to $1 Million podcast, Josh interviews Gram Short owner of Bulldog Auto Detailing. Bulldog is a detail shop with locations in Waco, TX, Temple, TX, and Sturgis, SD offer auto detailing, window tint, ceramic coatings, and paint protection film (PPF). They offer their services to both private party retail clients as well as dealerships. Gram went full time in his detailing business back in 2016 and has since grown Bulldog to a 60+ person team. Roughly 40 of his employees manage his 9 dealership contracts while the rest focus on premium detailing, ceramic coatings, window tint, and paint protection film (PPF). Gram has built a detailing business that not only generates phenomenal cash flow but also allows his employees to see a future with Bulldog and have a life long career there.
