I often wonder if much of the menopause misery we see is down to the fact that the deeper meaning of menopause is not truthfully being shared.
Slapping on a bit of HRT might help short term, but if that's all we're focused on, we're missing out on the true gold of the whole experience.
Symptoms doesn't mean your body is breaking, symptoms are often your body trying to bring itself back into balance. Question is, will you help your body get what it's asking for? Rest - nutrition - sleep - kinder inner dialogue - rolling with change - identity liberation
