Imagine your fitness progress as water filling a bucket. You put in hard work, dedication, and effort, but somehow, your bucket seems to have a leak, and your results are not as substantial as expected. The 'leaky bucket' analogy helps us understand that simply adding more water (effort) won't resolve the issue. Instead, we need to identify the leak and find a long-term solution.
