Ladies - what I want you to be listening for is the fortitude Emma shows through the ebbs and flows. Fortitude literally means strength under pressure and I believe it's one of the key ingredients in being able to set boundaries well and also navigate recovery well. Emma was firm with her boundaries and she was not going to settle.
