We were so thrilled to have guests, Shawn and Helena Bonneteau, with us for this episode. They started Secret Habit Life Coaching in 2017 as a way to help couples overcome the harms of p*rn addiction and betrayal trauma. Since then, they have played a helping hand in transforming over 2000 relationships through their coaching services and podcast.

Both Shawn and Helena struggled with an addiction to p*rn and by the grace of God are now celebrating over 5 years of freedom individually and as a couple. Shawn is a certified Inner Child Recovery Specialist and together, they are certified sexual addiction mentors and certified Husband Material coaches. They are parents to their daughter Violet and currently reside in Canada's Ocean Playground, Nova Scotia.
