Today we are going to be talking about how to improve our body image
I get alot of messages from you guys saying you worry about your weight, worry about putting on weight, worry you aren’t skinny enough, or as skinny as someone else and this all leads to a damaging way of thinking, eating disorders, low bone density, lack of female hormones and an array of problems. It all starts by you looking in the mirror and saying, i’m not thin enough.
Here today, I'm going to help you improve that self image and take the focus away from negative thoughts and direct it to your ballet and you as an artist as you should!
