Hello Everyone,
Welcome back to this episode! This is a much-asked question I get. Should we push? Or should we rest?
As dancers, we are hard-wired to push, seeing rest as a weakness. This is far from the truth, and this episode is all about helping you road map your days and weeks understanding when to push, or when to go easier for the sake of consistency and a lasting career.

Hello Everyone,
Today we will be talking about nerves as an artist. How to cope and deal with this as an artist who is under high pressure.
We will be focusing this episode on Janet Baker who was a renowned opera singer of the 20th century.
She was an amazing Soprano considered one of the greatest Opera Singers. Her problem was she had crippling stage freight. As a dancer, I found this inspiring, even the greats struggle with fear!
I thought this would help many of you to talk about in your own unique pursuit.

Hello Everyone,
You all know I am obsessed with ballet and mental health. Here in this episode, we will discuss what is is to build a culture in the studio, useful for students and teachers to know, even parents.

Hello Everyone!
Today we are going to be talking about performing without purpose. What does that look like? How do we stay motivated?
Turns out this could be one of the most useful skills you could ever have. This is why when athletes retire, or win the Olympics, something which is SO goal orientated, can trip them up. They end up depressed and lose site of who they are.
This is a skill that will teach your resilience, mental strength and self motivation!
