场景一：旭仔，苏丽珍，一分钟的朋友。

雲昊：

一九六零年四月十六号下午三点之前的一分钟你跟我在一起。因为你我会记得这一分钟。由现在开始我们就是一分钟的朋友。这是一个事实，你改变不了，因为已经过去了。我明天会再来。

April 16, 1960, one minute before 3 p.m., you were with me. Because of you, I’ll remember that minute. From now on, we are one-minute friends. This is a fact you cannot deny because it has already happened. I will come again tomorrow.

潇雨：

我不知道他有没有因为我而记住那一分钟，但我一直都记住这个人。之后他真的每天都来，我们就从一分钟的朋友变成两分钟的朋友，没多久，我们每天至少见一个小时。

I don’t know if he remembered that minute because of me, but I’ve always remembered him. After that, he really came every day, and we went from being one-minute friends to two-minute friends. Before long, we were spending at least an hour together every day.

场景二：苏丽珍和过去和解。

潇雨：

我以前以为一分钟很快就会过去，其实是可以很长的。有一天有个人指着手表跟我说，他说会因为那一分钟而永远记住我，那时候我觉得很动听...但现在我看着时钟，我就告诉自己，我要从这一分钟开始忘掉这个人。

I used to think one minute would pass very soon. In fact, it can last very long. One day, a man pointed to his watch and told me that he would always remember me because of that one minute. At that time, I was deeply touched. But now when I look at the clock, I tell myself that I will forget this person from this minute on.

场景三：一年后，菲律宾，火车上，超仔和旭仔的对话。

永清：去年四月十六号下午三点你在做什么？

What were you doing at 3 p.m. on April 16 last year?

雲昊：她告诉你了

She told you the story. 

永清：我还以为你记不住了。

I thought you couldn’t remember. 

雲昊：要记得的我永远都会记得。　

What I want to remember, I will remember forever.

场景四：旭仔找到母亲的家，但母亲却不愿意见旭仔，旭仔内心独白。

雲昊：

1961年4月12号，我终于来到我自己妈妈的家里，但她不肯见我。那些工人说她已经不在这里。当我离开这个家的时候，我知道我身后有一双眼睛看着我。但我一定不会回头。我只不过想看看她，看看她的样子。既然她不给我机会。我也不会给她这个机会。

April 12, 1961, I finally came to my mother's house, but she refused to see me.

The workers said she was no longer there. As I left the house, I knew there was a pair of eyes watching me from behind, but I was determined not to look back.I just wanted to see her, to know what she looks like. Since she wouldn’t give me the chance, I certainly wouldn’t give her one either.

我听人家说世界上有一种鸟是没有脚的。它只能一直地飞呀飞。飞累了便在风中睡觉。这种鸟一辈子只能落地一次。那一次就是它死的时候。

I heard someone say that there is a kind of bird in this world that has no feet. It can only keep flying and flying, and when it gets tired, it sleeps in the wind. This bird can only land on the ground once in its life, and that one time is when it dies.
